oh and obviously like removing barriers to the ballot, felon disenfranchisement, etc., but I mean in terms of a major change to the voting system itself, rather than removing barriers to access.

yeahhhhh... term limits is one of those things that I like... don't speak out against but all the evidence shows that it won't accomplish what y'all want.
