Some of the logics applied to identity groups get really... weird when applied to leftists bc like... generally identity groups are joking when they say they want to rule the world but that’s kinda the raison d’etre of socialism?

Like the “how dare you focus on [thing underprivileged group does] when [much bigger thing privileged group does]” logic works in part bc the underprivileged group is not asking to control the powers of the state.

But also like... maybe not. Anyway all this to say: if you’re a revolutionary socialist and you vehemently condemn “radlib” half-measures and social democracy, you do have to prove that your way will be *better*, not just “we don’t kill any more ppl than the capitalists!!”
