Do people who always say they don't care about people being nice to them not have to do any work to block out other people's emotions and judgments?
Like if someone is rude to me, I get over it cuz I'm a mostly-functional semi-adult, but it takes a little bit of work that I would prefer to avoid doing if possible. Which is why I appreciate people who are nice and don't make me deal with their bullshit.
