1) No one thinks Kellyanne Conway is about appearance not substance (that’s not a dig at her appearance, it’s to emphasize that people know her for being good at her job, unlike SHS, because she is... good at her job.)
2) If people think conservative women are about appearance rather than substance... could that have something to do with, idk, the pervasive culture of sexual harassment and centering of women’s appearance at the largest conservative media outlet, Fox News?
