If I’m ever actually an actor, I’m only going to do songs and monologues from shows I’ve actually done/rehearsed with someone. Otherwise it’s just way too easy to be totally fake.

Ugh. I hate acting at the wall. It’s so unnatural. How are you supposed to know if what you (the character) tried is working when you don’t have a reaction to tell you whether or not it’s working?
