      Is it really church if the sopranos aren’t shouting Q#s because Donald Lawrence and Kurt Carr and Marvin Sapp and Israel and Richard Smallwood have no respect for the limitations of the human voice bc in Christ all notes are possible?

      LOL but you know what hasn’t gone away, still? The trick ending. This 9 minute Travis Greene song (with Kierra Sheard SHOU TING) reminds me of the trick ending in In The Sanctuary.

      Anthony Brown is in the sort of more recent class of gospel artists along with the Travis Greenes and all, but his BGV still got some chitlin grease in em. At least some chicken grease.

          The Family was from Oak Cliff Oak Cliff. God’s Property was like honors students at Townview and Skyline and they were all GOING to college. The girls on “Looking for you” were like recent HBCU grads. By Losing My Religion they had like... bought a house in Rowlett. Or Mansfield.
