See, this is where the disconnect is between left and right. When I read this, I see MSNBC and CNN discussing what is essentially gossip that has no impact on the real world while the Syria situation is actually globally significant. Nobody cares about gossip. Gossip isn't news.

I saw recently that Tucker Carlson was talking about pandas while everybody else was on Michael Cohen, which I think is real news, since it’s a raid on the personal lawyer of a sitting president. But I admit that I don’t watch regularly.
Ultimately, news networks today are catering to their audiences. Audiences don’t want news that disturbs their worldview, they want news that confirms it. That is a pathology of left, right, and center, for sure.

Accurate again. I hate when I talk to someone who says, "Man, I wish that (insert even remotely unbiased news anchor) would just go to CNN, he's a liberal." People love their bias confirmed.
