See, this is where the disconnect is between left and right. When I read this, I see MSNBC and CNN discussing what is essentially gossip that has no impact on the real world while the Syria situation is actually globally significant. Nobody cares about gossip. Gossip isn't news.

Ultimately, news networks today are catering to their audiences. Audiences don’t want news that disturbs their worldview, they want news that confirms it. That is a pathology of left, right, and center, for sure.

Accurate again. I hate when I talk to someone who says, "Man, I wish that (insert even remotely unbiased news anchor) would just go to CNN, he's a liberal." People love their bias confirmed.

This is accurate. Although I think it's been overblown on twitter. It was dumb but I watched the segment to see what everyone was talking about and it was just one of those hokey, 1 min segments at the end of the show.
