Well I mean, now I am skeptical about increasing US geopolitical power altogether, but the big complaint was that it increased the power of capital without increasing the power of labor and established super/supranational corporate arbitration procedures.
People were especially uncomfortable with the latter, as am I to some extent. But also maybe you’ve studied it more than I have.
Yeah, I kinda agree with those, I just saw it as not worth sinking the deal overall.
