I mean... intimate partner violence and abuse against women is a group of crimes that is protected in formal and informal ways by men of all races. It’s a patriarchy thing, not a white supremacy thing, although white supremacy affects how it manifests.
Like the backlog in processing rape kits may not be a law, but it’s a formal way that violence against women is upheld, which protects a predominantly-male group of rapists of all races.
