      I do think that the march of the ethnically diverse Brooklyn(esque) gentrifiers—a group of which I am a once and future member, I freely confess—has gotten upscale whites a little too impressed with themselves tho.

      They think they’re “dynamic” bc their tech startup is 30% minorities and 10% queer ppl. But all of the people at the startup were born into high-income families and/or passed through a privilege-factory PWI.
