Explanation - we are not allowed to acknowledge class or use Marxist terms, (that would be "Russian," ie communist) so we use euphemisms Also, Chicago isn't that black, but Obama is from there and there's crime, so it's a metonomy for racist fantasies (these are important here)

"White peasantry" is concise but not exactly a precise translation for "Real Americans," since we don't have small-scale agriculture. More fully, "real Americans" means "the white working class, but not if they live in big cities or have any minority friends."

There can be real Americans in big costal cities I think, but only if they hate minorities.
