A purely technical detail that is an example of Very Fine Filmmaking: the shifts between English and Xhosa (Wakandan) in the film were absolutely pristine and seamless.

it was never ONCE confusing as to what language they were speaking, even though it seemed to me that there was language that was English to us and to the characters, language that was Wakandan to us & characters, and ALSO language that was English to us but Wakandan to characters

Another great bit of filmmaking: how perfectly they weaved in Shuri using the remote control car feature so that we were totally ready for the remote control plane.

However, if it were up to me, I still would have gotten rid of Klaue much earlier, and also had Killmonger arrive in Wakanda earlier and perhaps just like... exist in Wakanda for a bit before the challenge.
