The notion that the value of anyone’s life is at all correlated with the amount of opportunity that person has been GIVEN by our society is very very obviously offensive, even to the basic norms of classical liberalism which are supposed to be your ethical North Star.
And I can’t tell if you know that and don’t care or if you just get so hysterical when rich white men have to apologize that your powers of reasoning are shut down in the sheer panic.
