I still think a lot of white socialists (and some POC socialists, tbh) are still in denial as to the extent to which the resurgence of social democracy/democratic socialism in America is a result of the same forces ("contradictions"?) that propel social justice-ism.
I think the ideal would be social democracy in the white-majority nations, led by parties that are friendly to and respectful of more radical socialism in the so-called Global South (I still think this means non-white-majority nations + maybe China and India but what do I know)

But whatever I sound silly having opinions on socialism while I am not really a socialist, and certainly haven't studied it.
