To be clear, they’re not stupid as in they vote irrationally. They vote quite rationally for the maintenance of this historical positions of supremacy/hegemony.

They’re stupid bc their hamfisted justifications for this rational investment in bigotry are so blatantly and obviously false that they have turned desperately to mediocre liars in conservative media for a structure of falsehoods to undergird their original lies.

Truth and logic and clarity of thought have truly become their enemies because to think clearly would be to expose their deeply held beliefs and evil actions as lies. Rather than admit they’ve been duped, they give up on sense altogether.
