I mean... I imagine there are bureaucratic functions of visas and applications and customs/importing that would need to be moved to another government agency? I assume ICE isn’t JUST responsible for the deportation process?

But either way yes clearly that agency is rotten to the core and should be totally abolished and any necessary bureaucratic functions reassigned to agencies that are less morally abominable.
