That song was practically BUILT to be a production number for the beltress B-couple female supporting actress and it might win her a Tony.

She's giving advice to a group of slightly younger women (but she's still young herself; she's just like 24 and they're 19-21 or something).

Obviously a group which includes one or both members of the A couple (pref both so they can stay behind and have a conditional love song.)

And they join in around the 2nd chorus and do lots of partner dancing involving pairing and un-pairing.

Running free and getting caught up, etc. she sorta does some steps but mostly stands and sings while they whirl around her.

And if she's a big enough star she also gets the 11 o clock number telling the female lead to go get her man, despite the earlier advice.
