Young Hearts Run Free is theater music, and I mean that in the best way possible.
She's giving advice to a group of slightly younger women (but she's still young herself; she's just like 24 and they're 19-21 or something).

Running free and getting caught up, etc. she sorta does some steps but mostly stands and sings while they whirl around her.

And if she's a big enough star she also gets the 11 o clock number telling the female lead to go get her man, despite the earlier advice.

At the end of Young Hearts her man enters and she sings the last line wistfully, and then goes to him, perhaps without dialogue.
