K so you miss the whole reason it's offensive. It's not just about personal space or being touched. It's about white ppl being like "oooh! your hair! it's so UNUSUAL! I've never SEEN anything like that before!!"
So while I might still feel a way about a black stranger touching my hair, as long as it doesn't come with the exoticizing vibe, that's just a personal space issue, so no, it doesn't get all the extra reaction, bc it doesn't have the extra racism on top, lol.

And I might feel a way about that too! That is a good point. But also my reaction to that is different bc like... they didn't build the culture that told them the closer to white ppl your hair is, the better it is.
