And I have major issues with both of them! I haven't finished "Smart on Crime" yet but it does NOT match my views on criminal justice at all. OTOH Bernie just clearly does not understand "identity politics" at best and sees our desire for representation as an obstacle at worst.
I truly don't know who I would support between Kamala and Bernie in 2020. I like both for totally different reasons. Wonder how many young black folks would be similarly torn.

I am also partial to Sherrod and Warren, but even then I would have to pay attention to figure out which one I prefer. Which is no fun bc I obviously I'll want to volunteer in the primary. Anyway.

oh yeah, dream ticket is still Harris/Sanders and Bernie meaningful power over economic justice legislation.

Followed closely by Warren/Harris (my only concern with Warren is that idk if she can give speeches. But I bet she'd be great in debates, bc she is EVERYTHING in committee hearings.)
