So one of the big arguments against demographics changing American politics is that after a couple of generations, a lot of people are identifying as white rather than biracial/mixed/multiracial/minority.

But has anyone actually done the research on whether the voting patterns of these recently-assimilated, more non-European ancestry whites differ from less-recently-assimilated almost exclusively European ancestry whites?
