My wish for journalists, artists, and everyone in 2018 is to simply say the word "white" when you mean white. When you are referring to something distinctly and particularly white, simply use the word. You may substitute Caucasian if you wish.

One ex of what I'm talking about would be "evangelicals support Trump." Um, no. White evangelicals support Trump.

Another more frivolous example is the show Girls, which is very particularly about white girls, and which I semi-jokingly think should have been named accordingly.
