I actually want minority groups to have disproportionate political power (don't scoff, the Constitution is literally ALL ABOUT how you supply sufficient political power to minority groups).

But in the meanwhile using some kind of proportional representation scheme to give minorities even a fair/proportional amount of power would be a wonderful step forward.
