K if Awaken My Love had to get an undeserved nod so we could have the first white dude free AotY category (and that article is iffy, lead singer of Garbage in '99 was a woman but the rest of the band was dudes), I will accept that sacrifice.
Of course, the same thing would happen if we switched out Awaken My Love for the far more deserving SZA or Demi Lovato albums but I'm not looking this gift horse in the mouth.
Also idk if Demi's whole album is good but if we're nominating full albums over one song, Sorry Not Sorry is MORE than enough.
