NOW that said, something norm-breaking but perhaps in some circumstances worth considering would be appointing 2 non-Dems, perhaps members of the Working Families Party or the Greens or some such, to the FCC, bypassing the need for 2 Republicans.
Three red state Democrats and one dummy vote in a way that aligns with their misguided constituents in a vote Trump would have won anyway but go off I guess.
