I wonder who, if anyone, is thinking seriously about what labor relations should look like in the 21st century?

For things like police brutality we have the Platform of Black Lives which at least sketches out what we want to see legislatively to address police violence.

I can envision what the first major piece of national police violence legislation might look like. But I don't even have a starting point on what the next major piece of national labor law should look like.

Perhaps I'd want it to supersede and wipe out all state-level right to work laws, and I guess it should also improve protections for part-time workers, scheduling stability, etc.

And of course we all know about fight for $15. But I don't have NEARLY as many specifics as to what a labor relation law might look like as I do for an anti-police brutality law.

Is that bc it's not out there or people aren't talking about it? Or is it because I'm not looking and people in my circles aren't talking about it? I want to find out!
