That your one thing really is the true One Thing we have ignored above all others and we do need to do a MAJOR overhaul to fix our disrespect of that thing. And like, I'm listening to that, and I believe it a tiny bit, but I'll never be 100% on board with it.
AND I think "the movement" as a whole is better for having both POVs in it.
