      This is true, although i haven’t gotten far enough to see what kind of acrobatics the writers pulled to soften some characters (esp. chuck’s) behavior. Watching It with friends now and the consensus across the board is that he has 0 redeeming qualities

      I really wanted to judge you for that but then I remembered what I was like in high school. Anyway the only time I saw any of gossip girl past season 1 it was a scene where Chuck Bass was standing in front of a fireplace wearing a smoking jacket and I laughed for like 10 minutes.
