lower my housing costs to near 0, and then when I have money saved up I could start construction and prolly get 4 houses on the lot.

ARGH now I'm looking it up and all these houses in the hood in Dallas sit on these HUGE lots so it'd be easy to get a duplex...

honestly if we hadn't just sold my grandparents' old house and I had the credit for it, I could get a loan to buy his house and duplex it.
