Your point about fact of oppression in consideration of reparations is very important, and generations! Not just about wealth redistribution
I read this to say that under either model or reparations (which don't take class into consideration) poor blacks would be poorer?OH I see. I didn't read that in the original article either. Maybe under the "give reparations to blacks according to existing wealth" idea.
