The fact that this makes average blacks "rich" is not, to my mind, a detriment to the project. Yes, racist whites would revolt.
But if we are interested in JUSTICE FOR BLACK PEOPLE, that is not a problem. Now, would it be ideal to redistribute to all poor people?

Of course. But if in some parallel universe, we could get reparation to black people but not Full Socialism. Should we take it? Yes.
