      Europeans? People of European descent? No. "White"? Yes. Culture and heritage are real. Race is a social invention we put on top of that.

      For 99% of other genetic traits. ESPECIALLY the melanin alone. There is more genetic variation within "races" than between them.

      "Race" is choosing a tiny subset of genetic factors and using those factors to create legal categories and proxies about behavior.
