I think the world looks very different if the GOP is your enemy vs if "establishment Democrats" are your enemy.

bc it should be obvious that we need people to work in the system as-is to reduce harm, and we need radicals to work towards a new system...
and we need the in-between people to work towards a new system within the existing one. My only enemy is anyone who isn't pointing...

we're allies, not enemies. I have never found the charge that "establishment" democrats just want to uphold the system convincing at all.
