      (But I don't think there's a problem of "too many internationals" either a material problem or a moral/"fairness" problem.

      Since every international can pay for 1.x domestics, more internationals enables more domestics, including West Virginians.

      I know there's some degree of subsidy but I'd love to have some data to back up that assumption.
