Since every international can pay for 1.x domestics, more internationals enables more domestics, including West Virginians.
Do you have data on that? Is it really true that 1 international student subsidizes >1 US student on average finaid?

I know there's some degree of subsidy but I'd love to have some data to back up that assumption.
