I ask everyone where they're from, and I meet very few people from those three states, Then again, they are lowish-population states.
I just find the "never" claim hard to believe. But maybe I should take an informal poll of my finance friends.

I do, however, encounter LOTS of guys from Long Island in the finance industry. Which is not unlike Alabama in many ways...
