that leaves us with three options: 1) Accept white dominance and demand that they be benevolent overlords (tried it, didn't work).

2) Create a system wherein "physical" is rewarded proportionately to "mental" which would be a massive societal upheaval...

or 3) See if the observed discrepancy is more due to culture than biology, and perhaps if we have more black "intellectual" role models...

perhaps if we compensate for the presumed-to-be-cultural difficulties blacks face in competing at these "mental" jobs...

perhaps that will allow us to achieve parity, fairness, etc., without the total upheaval of society that would be necessary...
