because it is suspiciously convenient that the same people who invent the ideas about the inherent physical focus on blacks benefit...

from the presumption of "mental" or "intellectual" leanings (implying that bias or self-interest may be corrupting their thinking...

consciously or not), but more importantly: let's say black ppl ARE naturally focused on "physical" and whites on "mental."

that leaves us with three options: 1) Accept white dominance and demand that they be benevolent overlords (tried it, didn't work).

2) Create a system wherein "physical" is rewarded proportionately to "mental" which would be a massive societal upheaval...

or 3) See if the observed discrepancy is more due to culture than biology, and perhaps if we have more black "intellectual" role models...

perhaps if we compensate for the presumed-to-be-cultural difficulties blacks face in competing at these "mental" jobs...

perhaps that will allow us to achieve parity, fairness, etc., without the total upheaval of society that would be necessary...
