Anyway, that's exacerbated by the fact that we just so happen to materially reward "mental" jobs far more than "physical" ones.

Athletes notwithstanding, folks with "mental" jobs, overall, make a lot more money than those with "physical" jobs. I say this not only...

because it is suspiciously convenient that the same people who invent the ideas about the inherent physical focus on blacks benefit...
