Solve rates for black murder victims are WAY lower than for white murder victims. That's not equal protection of the laws.

This year alone, both North Carolina and Texas (where I live!) have had MULTIPLE laws struck down as unconstitutional for disenfranchising

the law is executed by humans and if the execution of the law is unequal, then no, the law does not apply to all equally.
