I lived in the hood, yeah. We were kinda middle class income wise but no $$ to move to the burbs. I haven't been poor as an adult.

Bc I can tell you there are PLENTY of upper middle class people who, if they had to do ANY work to get an ID, would not be voting.

Imagine two people, equal levels of care and effort. One poor, one rich. The rich one is more likely to vote. Not bc more care or effort.
