why, in God's name, would I trust ANY of your opinions on righteousness? And I don't need your church to be a space for me.

In fact, I would fear your church being a space for me, because your teaching would be likely to lead me astray.

I am in fact grateful that my sexuality makes your church not an option for me so that I cannot be seduced by your wrong teaching.

I truly believe Christ and Him crucified would heal you and your church of racism, sexism, hate for LGBTQ ppl, and hatred for the poor.

And I don't even mean that your church necessarily would be affirming! I mean Christ will heal your church of "smear the queer."

I mean Christ will heal your church of bullying, Christ will heal your church of violence against women, femmes, queer ppl, trans ppl, etc.

I mean your identity in Christ will heal you of your false identity in toxic masculinity, in violent nationalism, in the idol of America.
