The worse you think Clinton was as a candidate, the more trouble you should think Trump is in right now.

Lol half the people on this thread really think you were saying "Trump is doing bad things like HRC used to do." Do they even read the site?

This isn't a hypocrisy argument, it's a data argument, lol! If Trump won bc reluctant Trump voters hated her more than him...

Data---including stuff discussed in the latest 538 chat---shows that those voters are RAPIDLY tiring of Trump.

So if they only voted against HRC rather than for Donald, if Dems run someone they hate less than HRC, they'll flee Donald.

The flaw in this argument, of course, is that many hated HRC for policy positions that any Dem nominee would be obliged to take.

So the q is: did Trump win bc Clinton was "historically bad candidate" (in which case any non-historically bad Dem would beat him)

Or did Trump win bc many voters find Trump's PERSONALITY revolting, but they find HRC's POLICIES revolting. Bc the policies ain't changing.

Or I suppose, can Trump/right wing media make any candidate with HRC's policies and base revolting to many who dislike 45's personality?
