So if they only voted against HRC rather than for Donald, if Dems run someone they hate less than HRC, they'll flee Donald.
The flaw in this argument, of course, is that many hated HRC for policy positions that any Dem nominee would be obliged to take.

So the q is: did Trump win bc Clinton was "historically bad candidate" (in which case any non-historically bad Dem would beat him)

Or did Trump win bc many voters find Trump's PERSONALITY revolting, but they find HRC's POLICIES revolting. Bc the policies ain't changing.
