This is something that we need to make clearer to white people: no one is asking for guilt. We're asking for responsibility.
Guilt is usually counterproductive cause it makes everything about you and your bad feelings. Responsibility is awesome...

White guilt gets in the way about 100% of the time, tbh. White responsibility for ending racism is super useful.
