Interesting thought: Capitalism naturally tends to support minorities, because losing even 5% of your customers is a disaster.

But happily, these days minorities have enough money that we are really starting to see the benefits of capitalism for minorities...
but even then, solidarity in the minority community is needed. ie., Convicts & ex-cons tend not to have great access to (legitimate) capital
