Interesting thought: Capitalism naturally tends to support minorities, because losing even 5% of your customers is a disaster.

lack of capital, then you can have nice "normal" capitalism without it increasing the power of minorities all that much.
But happily, these days minorities have enough money that we are really starting to see the benefits of capitalism for minorities...

but even then, solidarity in the minority community is needed. ie., Convicts & ex-cons tend not to have great access to (legitimate) capital
