It is fairly clear that the Jesus of the Gospels was much more patient with those who had not been shown patience.

He was much more gentle with those who had not been shown gentleness. But those who had every advantage... with them he was blunt and clear

that doesn't mean not to speak out of love. It is loving to warn people of privilege of the enormous moral and spiritual peril they can face

it is loving to provide a clear, unambiguous rebuke. And remember that acting out of love, even when you're talking to privilege...
