Part of the issue with Bernie-ism (and tbh socialism as a whole) is that for POC it's a stopgap, not a solution.
Yeah maybe we can improve our situation by calming down the racists, getting them some better jobs, so they won't want to lash out as much.

Maybe we can restructure the economy, so they don't feel so much pressure, so they won't want to hurt us.
